1.2 When will my order delivered?
   

We do our best every working day from Monday to Friday (except Tuesday) to send all orders the same day. Do you order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday? Then the order will be sent on Monday, because PostNL unfortunately does not include a post on the weekend.

Belgian shipments with bpost will be taken to the post office in Essen 1x per week on Tuesday. If your order is arrived on Monday before 10 p.m., then it will go to the post office the next day. If your order comes in later, we can no longer guarantee that.
 
We are entirely dependent on PostNL for delivery times. 95% of the mail will be delivered the next day. If you have chosen payment via bank transfer, your order will be sent if the payment is received.
   

1.3 My order has been sent, but I didn't inside him a day later.
 
 

Unfortunately we have no influence on the delivery times of PostNL. If you really need an order the next day, we advise you to have the order to be sent with the package service. Do you still have the order after a few days still not at home? Then contact us via e-mail, via WhatsApp on 0628565517 or call 0165-329503. However, it can take up to 8 days before PostNL order delivered.
   

2. Return


2.1 Can I return my order?

 
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt to us. In this period you can return the order undamaged.

There are a number of items that are specially tailored / cut and they are therefore excluded from return:

  • Link chain, Jasseron, Ballchain
  • Leather cord (braided, flat, stitched, round)
  • Nylon tickets
  • DIY Rocailles Boxes
  • earrings

Always visit us via email to be informed of the return, then we can process the return quickly. The purchase amount will be paid to you within 30 days.
  

2.2 Have it costs attached to the return?
   

Unless otherwise agreed (for example in defects), the costs for returning (so-called return costs) are for your own account. 
  

2.3 I would like to exchange a number of items.
  

Articles can only be exchanged after consultation. In this way we can exchange the items quickly before you. Articles that are specially cut for your tailor (such as leather, cord or jasseron) cannot be returned or exchanged.
   

2.4 My order is not complete or damaged, what to do?
   

If you contact customer service then we try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Have you received damaged items send us a photo, we will send you a replacement article as soon as possible!
